SHIPPING TIME
We continue to do our best to ship orders quickly and answer all questions via email, chat, or phone during this challenging time. There maybe some delays in areas under quarantine, please check with your local postal carriers for more info.
Orders are typically processed within 24～48 hours. However, orders placed on Friday/holidays/weekends will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days after order is processed. However, it may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address, for which LiberNovo Singapore is not responsible.

SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order is damaged, lost, or not delivered as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at libernovo.sg@libernovo.sg or WhatsApp us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
